General Services

TeleHR Solutions is a corporation duly organized and existing under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
All transactions shall be governed by Philippine laws and any dispute shall be instituted and brought solely before the courts of Taguig City, Philippines only, to the exclusion of all other courts.
TeleHR Solutions primarily provides business consulting and outsourced services to Corporations and individuals, foreign or local doing business in the Philippines, and to provide general consulting services and assistance in government registration, immigration, permit, and to hire professionals in furtherance of the corporate purpose without engaging in the practice of law.
TeleHR Solutions assists companies of all sizes who are expanding their business in the Philippines. Our core business services are the following:
Professional Employer Organization, Employer of Record and Staff Leasing services
Payroll and Cash Disbursement services;
Recruitment and HR services;
Drafting and reviewing of employee handbooks and contracts;
Visa service, work permits and Philippine immigration assistance and;
Business Process and Clinical Process Outsourcing

General Terms

By availing of the services of TeleHR Solutions, Client indicates that he/she/it has(ve) read and understood the provisions found below and agree to all of the following:
Clients who desire to engage business must contact us thru any of our contact information available in our website and/or by collaborating with any of the company’s employees who may assist you in putting up your business.
Clients must have a legitimate contact information for the company to easily get, verify or correct any information of the clients required for business registration.
Clients should be cooperative and responsive with the company’s requests which are vital for faster processing of projects.
During the process, it is the client’s responsibility to inform the company about the changes desired and/or the modifications as regards the project requested.
Any additions or changes to Services requested by Client outside the scope of the original terms of this Agreement will be billed separately.
Client is entitled to status reports of works in progress.

Fees and Payment Terms

Client is required to pay the amount due indicated in this contract.
Storage, Internet Access, Marketing Representations
Client acknowledges that Company is not responsible for backing up Client’s data. Client is solely responsible for the access to the Internet.

Termination

TeleHR Solutions, at its sole discretion, may terminate its Services, for any reason, such as but not limited to (i) TeleHR Solutions believes Client has violated this Agreement, (ii) accounts are 30-days delinquent, (iii) spurious documents are presented (iv) unacceptable practices such as but not limited to anti money laundering, and other illegal activities that Filepino deems to be unacceptable; and TeleHR Solutions may discontinue providing Services, with or without notice. If Client terminates the account before the Services is completed and with 30-days written prior notice, a cancellation fee is retained. Termination under this provision is without prejudice to any unpaid fees incurred prior to termination’s effective date.

Cancellation Fee and Refund Policy

Within 15 days of the initial sale and prior to the completion of the project, refunds or fees paid may be allowed for a minimum retention by TeleHR Solutions of: (i) 50% for no works started and no contents submitted; (ii) 75% if work has been presented to Client, or TeleHR Solutions made multiple attempts to work with Client and no response has been made; (iii) 100% and no refund if there are any changes and/or modifications made requested by Client on completed works; (iv) 100% and no refund if Client cancels after 90 days from the initial sale; (v) 100% and no refund for work begun on any amendments, which is separate from the original sale, purchased; and (vi) no refund on director fees.

Billing Disputes

TeleHR Solutions charges up to a $35.00 fee for returned checks and a $200.00 fee to handle unauthorized credit card disputes. If TeleHR Solutions does not receive payment in full when due, TeleHR Solutions may charge a late fee of up to 1.5% per month (18% per annum), or a flat fee of $5 per month, whichever is greater, on any unpaid balance.

Amendments to Guidelines

Client acknowledges that TeleHR Solutions may establish general guidelines and limits concerning the use of TeleHR Solutions’ Services and may modify these guidelines at any time.
Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liabilities, Force Majeure
CLIENT’S USE OF TELEHR SOLUTIONS’ SERVICES IS AT CLIENT’S OWN RISK. TELEHR SOLUTIONS’ SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS”. CLIENT UNDERSTANDS AND AGREES THAT TELEHR SOLUTION’ SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. SUCH LIMITATION OF LIABILITY SHALL APPLY WHETHER THE DAMAGES ARISE FROM THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE TELEHR SOLUTIONS’ SERVICES, RELIANCE ON FILEPINO’S SERVICES, OR FROM THE INTERRUPTION, SUSPENSION, OR TERMINATION OF TELEHR SOLUTIONS’ SERVICES. Without limiting the foregoing, under no circumstance shall TeleHR Solutions be liable for any delay or failure in performance resulting directly or indirectly from acts of nature, forces or causes beyond its reasonable control.

Notices

All notices required under this Agreement shall be in English writing, and shall be delivered personally, or email, facsimile, certified mail, postage prepaid addressed to: TeleHR Solutions 604 The Infinity Tower 26th St., Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City, Philippines.

Severability

In the event that any provision hereof is found invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of the TOS shall remain valid and enforceable.
