Junior Accountant

1 FULL-TIME POSITION AVAILABLE

Job Tasks and Responsibilities:

Prepare journal entries
Complete general ledger operations
Monthly closings and preparation of monthly financial statements
Reconcile and maintain balance sheet accounts
Prepare monthly financial reports
Prepare analysis of accounts as requested
Assist with year-end closings and adjustments
Administer accounts receivable (Statement of Accounts) and Accounts Payable (Disbursement Vouchers)
Prepare tax computations and returns
Prepare bank reconciliations
Assist with the preparation and coordination of the audit process

Qualifications and Key Competencies:

Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy
Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
At least 1 year of relevant work experience; new board passers are likewise encouraged to apply
Knowledge of financial principles and reporting
Knowledge of taxation
Knowledge in payroll is an advantage
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Attentive to details
Deadline-oriented
High degree of confidentiality and integrity
Has initiative
A team player
Problem analysis and problem-solving skills

ACCOUNTING ASSISTANTS & BILLING OFFICERS

2 FULL-TIME POSITION AVAILABLE

Job Tasks and Responsibilities:

Administer accounts receivable (Statement of Accounts) and Accounts Payable (Disbursement Vouchers)
Receive and sort incoming payments with attention to credibility.
Manage the status of accounts and balances to identify outstanding debts and inconsistencies.
Update accounting records with new payments, balances, customer information, etc.
Answer questions and handle complaints from customers regarding bills/statements of account.

Qualifications and Key Competencies:

Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
